Here is a selection of videos from the British University Lifesaving Championships, held at the Triangle Leisure Centre, Burgess Hill, on the 1st/2nd Mar 2008.

These short videos demonstrate the key techniques involved in each race, and should be a useful training resource for those competitors who'd like to improve their speed lifesaving skills.
