On Sun 11th July 2010 the Royal Lifesaving Society (RLSS) are holding a lifesaving sport development day at Keynsham Leisure Centre and I'd like to personally encourage all KLSC members to come along.

The event runs from 10:00am until 2:30pm and is suitable for lifesavers of all abilities who'd like to learn more about lifesaving sport. After a quick introduction to lifesaving sport, you'll have the chance to practice different competition events and get tips from some top coaches – so bring along a towel, goggles and your swimming costume! The RLSS will also be launching the brand new West Region Virtual League.

As an extra incentive to come along, Keynsham Lifesaving Club will pay the entry fee for any KLSC members who come along - don't worry if you can't make the full day - pop along for what you can! For more information see www.rlsswest.org.uk/2010/06/lifesaving-sport-development-day/
